The gift shop & cafe combo is a great idea but in this case it has been poorly executed. I did not find the atmosphere all that appealing and the customer service was subpar. Perhaps cross training would help keep staff better informed of the products & services provided in store as my attempts to be sold something failed due to incompetent staff.

The food is generous, the staff are very freindly, everything is cooked on site, a delight to discover in your own neighbourhood.

A truly delightful addition to the neighborhood. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic and so well presented it is almost too good to disturb. It is now on my regular list.

Since the coffee shop's opening a few months ago I've been going every week for a nibble and a look at the gifts. Many of the staff are young, but they're quick and polite. I'm yet to encounter any serious problem with their service. Definetely worth a visit.

I am disappointed that I took the time to find this place. I was served by a staff who seemed more interested in making a sale then actually listening to what I was looking for. After that I foolishly decided to grab a coffee from the attached coffee shop where I was served by a staff who was either very new or just plain incompetent. The staff forgot to give me my change then got my order wrong.
