A nice store but the counter staff are some of the most unfriendly I've encountered. With their thermostats set to icy, customers seem to be met with bored indifference at best. This is definitely not service with a smile. It's become so off putting that I now go to Harris Farm most of the time. Suggest some staff training or personnel change.
Expensive, not very helpful staff, several products do not have pricing and to cap it off I got overcharged at the checkout.
Hi Anchorman,
Our apologies that your experience in our Mona Vale store was so far from satisfactory. We are very sorry that you were overcharged and that you found our staff unhelpful.
Where you refunded the overcharge amount at the registers at the time, or did you only notice it afterwards? If so can we arrange to have this corrected?
If you have the time to reply, could we ask you a few more questions?
- Which items did you find expensive?
- Which items carried no price ticket?
- What were the behaviours of our staff that were unable to properly assist you?
We would love to hear back from you on this so we better understand our weaknesses and from their improve our service and value.

Most respectfully,
Thomas Dux Grocer
