I bought a bracelet from Thomas jewellers in Geelong. After many upsets with this. I Was helped by to WONDERFUL and UNDERSTANDING Ladies SANDRA and JULIE. Who went beyond the call to do everything to help.

Most terrible experience!! Went to buy a wall clock today saw a clock with a sale ticket of $75 But the sales women handed me a bill of $ 119. When asked the Manager or the senior sales behaved as if we had placed the ticked. "I can't do it for $75 and looked at us in a strange way. Ended up buying $ 200 wall clock. Store locatio Geelong
While looking for the correct sizing to purchase a ring. I asked the 3 staff if they would mind checking what it is for me. I have previously purchased several items in the store. One lady behind the counter was so rude to me. I was told I had to pay for this extremely basic request. I won't go there again.
