We chose Thomas Pools after having a recommendation from friends who had used them and we are so thankful we did. From the initial design and quote stage to the last tile being laid, I can't recommend Brian and Thomas Pools highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble for Brian and he explained the process thoroughly and patiently answered my numerous questions (this was our first time installing an inground pool). All workers on site were professional and considerate. When a slight issue with a small area of the interior was noticed after filling, Brian arranged to have it rectified promptly and without causing interruption to our use and enjoyment of the pool. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to add a beautiful in-ground pool to their property.
Brian and his team built our pool a couple of years ago and we were absolutely delighted with all aspects of the service from start to finish. Brian gave us great advice and a clear and reasonable quote right at the beginning. The quote did not change and the advice proved to be spot on. Everyone we came into contact with throughout the construction period was professional, helpful and friendly and two years down the track we are still absolutely delighted with the quality of construction, the standard of the equipment supplied and the beautiful pool that Thomas pools built for us. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and fully intend to use them again in the future.
sounds like Brian is a good buddy, you may recommend them but i have already told everyone i know about how they were for us, i know for a fact that Thomas has missed out on 3 jobs in my area, they dont deserve this praise as far as I am concerned.
No not a good buddy, just a company that think should be commended for their good work, honesty & integrity. They kept in touch with us periodically after the pool was finished to make sure we weren't having any problems & only recently helped us to source some additional patio stones to match the ones that they laid around the pool area. It's a shame you had a bad experience, but it's the completely opposite of what happened to us.

It all started to fall apart on day one, Feb 2016. Apparently the initial measure up that was conducted for the quote and was based on .... was wrong, after we signed we were told WE were 600mm short at one end to meet the planned and originally quoted dimensions in the concrete. I cannot fathom how they quote and then tell us after we sign that we need to pay more. The staff member on site said he can still do it but it will cost us an extra $800, we reluctantly said yes as we needed to it meet our pathway at the other end as planned. Next was replacing all the plumbing that they ripped out in the dig, another unexpected $800+. At Thomas Pools we take pride in having Happy Clients,we work hard communcating to achieve this Despite all efforts to communicate to Mr Williams,firstly in Quote,First Letter,&Contract we stated that "Electrical Connections" are owner's responsibility we are not licensed to do this. At our 1st visit Mr Williams was clear he wanted a 5Mpool, this was reflected in his quote & again@ Contract, @ both stages he had documents for some time & could have changed the dimensions. He didn't until the dig day this wasnt a problem for us & we charged him the the same cost had it been incl @ contract. Surprisingly we aren't able to see below ground and in this case the underground services were not as shown on plan nevertheless these can be moved,building does have unforseen circumstances. Our dig allow is just that an allowace.Our contract states"Dig AllowPC item should dig exceed allow difference will be at owners cost this was discussed on signing ...read more

nice try at recovery now Thomas Pools, where were you when you guys were on site stuffing things up, and then doing a dodgy cover up.
We had Thomas pools build a large pool in difficult conditions and we were very happy with them . Have just sold that property and will be contacting them to quote n the next pool . Brain is great knows his stuff pool was built on time to a high standard .
Not the same thinking here, in fact the exact opposite, I would recommned staying away from Thomas Pools. I believe that the owner is an uncaring individual with no concept of what his customers are experiencing or looking for.
We were very pleased with the work that was done by Thomas pools at our house in Manly West. It was a difficult build because of the hill we were on; but I had two people at work recommend Thomas Pools, so we went with them in the end. Great results and well priced. Certainly trust worthy dealings with Brian and the team there.
