My name is Thomas Stevens and operate throughout Brisbane as a mobile personal trainer. I currently hold my certificates 3 & 4 in fitness and personal training, a master trainer qualification, one on one and group boxing certifications and senior first aid and CPR.
My style of training is designed to reduce body fat, help people lose weight, tone up and gain lean muscle to look fit and healthy! I love helping people achieve their goals. My training locations as a mobile personal trainer can vary but my most popular locations are the following:

City CBD

If your area isn't mentioned above, do still enquire as i most likely have no problems geting there!

Also with your training i offer nutrition advice, supplement advice and fitness testing ( measurements, weigh in's, body fat testing) every 4 weeks so we can keep track of your results on a regular basis. It's always nice to know your hard work is paying off and really helps motivate people when they can see the results on paper in front of them!!

How much does it all cost? There are a few options when it comes to the business side of things.
One on One sessions:
30 minutes- $40
45 minutes- $45 ( most popular)
60 minutes- $70
2 or more 60 minute sessions per wk- $60 per session

Partner training is also offered for those with a competitive streak or like training with a friend or family member, these prices are best discussed over the phone or in person.
