Thomas Street Family Medical Clinic

Atrocious! Kept waiting for an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment. I ended up walking out after people arriving well after me were called in. I wasn't kept informed and despite being told I was next after enquiring, someone else was called in. I had my two young boys with me and they had had enough, as had I. This is my second unsatisfactory experience at this clinic and safe to say it's definitely my last!

It makes sense that the best doctors are hard to see. You will need an appointment and it may not be today if you ring today. Dr. Debbie has been my GP for some years and it feels like I'm dealing with a well informed friend who has decided to partner with me in my general health. Highly recommended. Plan ahead if you want an appointment ;)
