Thompson Bros Fresh Fruiterers Central Market

Writing this review, the sound of the staff here calling out that carrots were 99 cents a bag still rings through my ears. They're a real part of the Central Market atmosphere, and have been for a long time.
As the name suggests their fruit (and veg) is fresh, not frozen and hidden in some spot til there was space - anyone who has visited here knows this. Prices can be incredible, especially if you get them near the end of the day or on the items that every seller at the Market is discounting.
No problem with tasting the grapes or mandarins either - infact they'll often encourage it to prove just how tasty it is.
