Where does one start to describe the worst service in the land? The last occasion being just yesterday but make no mistake its not a one-off but the norm for this establishment. Respect is a core value that is essential when dealing with customers but apparently this group believes its a privilege for the client to be kept waiting at this place. The usual scenario: a room full of people waiting with bated breath for their assigned doctor to poke their head around the corner and call out a name. Despite having phoned the place 50 minutes before my appointment to ensure I didnt waste my time in that waiting room, I was rewarded with another 45 minute wait. All I wanted was two scripts filled before my overseas trip. Healthcare is a lucrative business which can deliver bad customer service with little retribution. What an absolute disgrace!

The Dentists & staff although friendly, are very rushed and determined to stay on schedule regardless of the patients concerns, 'additional charges' are used liberally to bump up the bill. Because I had private health, they got me to return several times for "deep cleans" until the allowance ran out.

I have not returned to the clinic since those incidents and would not recommend their services to anyone, let alone take a child there!!

I booked in for a general checkup for myself, my partner and our toddler son. Was quoted $150 which I was happy with. On the day however, they did a clean, a few X-rays, and used some fluoride. Because I have not been to a dentist since I was a child I didn't know all of these things cost (so much!) until we went to pay our bill at the end and it was $550! At no point did the dentist or the assistant say that any of these things would cost extra or how much extra. In my opinion they should have said while I was in the chair something along the lines of would you like me to clean your teeth? It will cost an extra $100 per person. And that way I could have said yes or no. I was actually really happy with the checkup and the clean and the staff were very friendly. I just felt ripped off from not having been informed of any of the costs.

Website caims bulk billing, but there's fine-print! Long wait for 2 minute consultation at full fee. Practice manager was unapologetic when I called to complain.
