Thomson Ford New Cars

This is one company i would not dead with.
We bought a card in June and we are still chasing registration papers in july .
I advise anyone not to deal with this company and use other ford dealership.
They have good sales people but bad bad customer service!

I bought a car from them and did a trade in... They sold my original car with the rego still in my name...I did the trade in on the 27th of march and it's now late September.. This means if the new owners get any infringements they will be in my name... I'm so upset and dissatisfied this has caused me a lot of stress... the management was very unapologetic and rude to me it just added fuel to the fire.

I went to Thomson Ford and met Sohag their salesman; he took me through all the option for my new XR6 and Thomson Ford even sorted out the finance.

Sohag and Thomson Ford were extremely professional and didnt try and confuse me with their jargon.

I will defiantly be getting my next new car at Thomson Ford!
