Thoona Pub

The Thoona Pub is a true country pub. You can find us in the little rural town of Thoona, in North East Victoria. The Pub has stayed true to it's roots - what we offer is country hospitality in a relaxed, laid back family friendly environment.

We have a diverse menu, catering for all special requirements, including gluten and dairy intolerances and vegetarians, along with a large children's menu. We offer full sized meals or a selection of smaller plate options & a large selection of desserts and entrees.

Our wine list is extensive and includes many of the beautiful wines made locally in Glenrowan, King Valley & Rutherglen - all just a short drive from us.

We have Bulmer's Cider, Carlton Draught, Carlton Dry, Carlton Mid & Cascade Light on tap along with a fridge full of diverse beers and premixed drinks, including BlackDog Brewery from just down the road.

We now invite self-contained campervans, caravans & motorhomes to stop the night, with free camping in the block behind the pub - while nothing fancy, it's flat and there's plenty of space to park the van for the night. While you're stopped you can enjoy a cold drink & meal in the Pub.

For those visiting locally we have a courtesy bus available for groups and will travel to Wangaratta, Yarrawonga & Benalla and elsewhere inbetween. The bus must be prearranged with us by telephone and we ask that you have a minimum of 8 adults to use this free service.
