Terrible male doctor. I needed an ultrasound of my shoulder and he sent me to QDI (which I'll write a review on after this). Went back to him and the report wasn't ready. He called up and long story short, he wanted to send me back to have another scan again. I told him I don't want to go to QDI and can pay if he sends me to QXR or Qscan. He refused as he said they are too expensive and thought he was doing the right thing by me sending me to QDI. I told him no, I don't like QDI as they are rude and had to wait along time. Only after that he referred me to QXR. I understand the doctor is always trying to do the right thing by the patient, but they need to listen to the patient too. I ended up going to another doctor in Cleveland after as follow up from QXR.

Can always get an appointment and they run on time . The doctor is very good and is really thorough when doing a check up. We would recommend this practice to anyone who lives in the local area. They also bulk bill and are open 7 days a week. We couldn't be happier with the level of service they provide.
