Under new ownership, Cyclesport gave me a great deal on a terrific bike. Good customer services, highly recommended.

Horrible customer service! I went in after they replaced the rim tape for me to order in a part to attach my bottle cage (I have no bolt holes on the frame). The guy wrote down what part I needed & took my ph no & said it would be about 2-3 weeks. After that time, I called to see if the part was in but they said it hadn't been ordered! The guy was going to call back to keep me updated about the mistake & when it would arrive but didn't! I'm going to a bike shop in Parramatta instead.

Cyclesport have been servicing my bike very well for many years. When I wanted a new road bike they gave me good advice on an appropriate make and model which saved me money. I love the new bike. Their service is always excellent and at very reasonable prices.

I bought a Felt road bike from Cyclesport 2 1/2 years ago. I got a great deal and since then have had the bike regularly serviced at the shop. Because I compete I have needed the bike serviced at short notice and done quickly so I didn't lose training opportunities. They have always been very accommodating and got me back on the road in a minimum time. Parts (such as chains etc) have always been in stock. Highly recommended.

I was not impressed with how they trued my wheel, plus the prices seemed a bit dear
