Soups and curries are comfort food. At the Three Ducks Spice Bar be comforted by their selection of hearty homemade soups and curries. Choose the richness of carrot, pumpkin and coconut soup or the smoky pea and ham soup. The thick red lentil soup is equally tempting. The owner Sue Brodie has worked out the front of the café but now works mostly behind the scenes. Sue also supplies to clubs, other cafes and delis.

When you are Manly if you feel like a good healthy curry this is the place to go. Sue knows how to cook and the food is always delicious, fresh and hot. I have been coming here for years and I love the place. Equally good for a take-away, a quick bit of sitting over a longer dinner with friends. The menu changes constantly, but the pumpkin curry is top of my list.
