Dear Consumer, this store has ambivalent staff who take no pride in their work and have no understanding of customer service. Having spent a tremendous sum of hard earned money here, our goods were not delivered in time for installation. And when i complained there was no apology, only poor excuses leaving me frustrated. Thete is no point in stocking quality goods if your service is worse than kmart. Will not recommended to neighbors or family and friends who are doing their bathrooms. Shocking.

I bought a toilet suite last week and I was very pleased with the price and the service. The young woman in the showroom was very helpful.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Unfortunately, this business will not be getting anymore money from us, and we refuse to recommend them to our friends.

The sales staff I dealt with when purchasing our goods was condescending, but I ignored this. I am 35 years old, but I look like a 22 year old. Nevertheless, customer service should be without the presumptuous attitude. Perhaps I should have left there and then- this was my big mistake.
