Thrive

A great lunch time bite to break up the work day in the city. Located in MLC centre food court there is a reason why there is queue to order from this place. The food is fresh, healthy and tasty. They also do some amazing smoothies - the White Chocolate smoothie is popular and also has your hit of whey protein as well. I went for the Zeus Bowl as I wanted to dominate my afternoon jobs and feel like a Greek god. This thing is a go to from now on - kaleslaw, smoky beef and a sweet potato and bacon mash. So good. At $14 it's not the cheap but it is clean and you won't be left feeling heavy for the afternoon to come. You can grab a seat in the food court but if it's a beautiful day head up the stairs and grab one of the tables or boxes there and watch the world pass you by

Thrive is such a great lunch spot. Really nice healthy options, the type of lunch you feel good about. Also quite reasonably priced, they have a nice broccoli salad for about $10. The MLC Centre foodcourt is in a nice central location and had a pleasant atmosphere.

I went back to the shop today to try something else from their menu.

I ended up getting the 'Thrive Classic' which is sweet potato mash with seasonal greens, lemon & herb chicken with basil pesto & roasted peppers.

It tasted delicious and was worth the money.

Delicious and healthy food. What more could you want? A good lunch time option if you're looking for something light and healthy

I really enjoy the paleo options found here. Seriously delicious smoothies, you can make with your own choice of but ill/fresh coconuts etc. lovely service, rotated buns a favourite also!
