We used to frequent this cafe whenever in the area then visited today for the first time in quite a while & it has really gone downhill. Their sausage rolls are not the nice ones they used to have, just the regulation store bought variety. We got there just after 12 & they were already running out of pies & sausage rolls. There were a lot of flies buzzing around the cafe & crawling on the counter where the sandwiches etc are prepared . 1/2 an hr after placing our order I had to ask how much longer & then it arrived shortly after so reckon they forgot about us & they werent even full to capacity. Also a tea towel that had fallen on the floor was picked up & put back on top of the clean coffee cups on the cappuccino machine . Will not go back again
What a wonderful Cafe Bakery in the centre of town. Inside and outside seating and dining a companied by good attentive service. The decor is modern, spacious with well thought out theatre light fittings. The range of food is great. From breakfast and brunch menu, to sandwiches, pies, cakes, muffins to a great range of Sourdough breads. We had a very tasty cake, fresh from their bakery, with an excellent cup of coffee. Great choice of Cafe. Well worth the visit
