Ticketek - Head Agency
Their website can be quite slow and difficult to use when you are trying to purchase tickets when tickets are first release as so many people are trying to use it at once.
However, a part from that I always received my tickets on time if I get them delivered. I always receive the tickets straight away if I select the email option.
I do like how they provide insurance on your tickets if you are unable to go to the event due to certain circumstances.
Wow this is my worst experience ever to purchase online. Their website is flawed and clunky, and it ddoesn't give you much choice to select exactly where you want to reserve a seat. I am dumbfounded by how this company has managed to stay in business? It is impossible to find a contact number or any form of support. When i did google their phone number... It seemed like pointless effort on first ring the line is busy and cuts you off! To top it off i contacted them via fb and their responses to my qs were infuriating... I am dieing to get tickets for a concert but after the terrible service i experienced and i wasn't even customer yet... I definately wont bother submitting my hard earned cash to these cowboys! They don't deserve any star rating!
The online facility is a nightmare to use when big events are on because the website usually runs slow & then u can't get through on the phine "sigh". Best bet is to be subscribed to the newsletter & have a visa card to be eligible for the presales. Overall, my favourite part of ticketek is the rewards program :)
I have no issue with the environment of this booking office or the professionalism of the staff. The issue I had was how few staff were at the office today during lunchtime when the queue stretched out of the door. Of course, there will be occasions where that sort of thing is unavoidable but today there didn't seem to be any specific event people were queueing for.
And also they only open between 9am and 5pm which is hardly convenient for office workers in the city!
Do not pick the option to get your tickets mailed out to you. When they go missing they expect you to attend on the day, line up for collection which defeats the whole purpose and if in my case....the tickets were a GIFT then well you are totally screwed.
Just wish managers didnt use them as their source for shows tickets so much.
Will never buy online from then again.
