Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible service, takes forever to get anyone on the phone, they take a booking fee for online purchases. Horrible monopoly, enough to make you happy to camp outside a venue ticket office all night to escape them except they run the ticket offices. Nothing we can do about it as consumers I guess
