I've used Tickle media for a few jobs and have been so impressed with the fast turnaround, exceptional attention to detail and the delivery of the final product was beyond expectations. I've used Tickle for several smallish jobs that the larger suppliers couldn't be bothered with; conventional printing, graphic design, and cloning dvds. Anna was so helpful and was able to turn around the work in a matter of days - being centrally located meant that we could send and receive samples using a same-day courier and the products were always delivered on time. Price-wise Tickle is no-nonsense and competitive. I think their strength is that for a small job you get much closer to the unit price that you would get with a larger job from a larger supplier, which allows us to get professional work done for things that we used to do by hand in-house. We keep going back because the price+service combination, and because we don't get punished for small orders! On top of that, Tickle helped us source extra materials (dvd cases) for cheaper than we could have got them ourselves. We feel very well taken care of :)
