We had a fantastic experience selling our house with Tidbold Real Estate in a competitive and challenging market. The real estate uses a team approach to selling, doesn't charge additional marketing fees - only statutory commission but still markets properties through a broad spectrum of avenues (all the same places another real estate was going to make us pay extra for).

Tidbolds lined up potential buyers quickly without waiting for buyers to go to them. We had an offer that we accepted within three days of listing in a competitive market. Worst agent I have ever dealt with! Had to call and email many times to get a return call, seemed very un-organised and very rude. The worst marketing campaigns I have ever seen, very good at doing nothing. If you want a good price for your house do not use this agent, you will regret it.

Very rude, feel that the RTA rules don't apply to them and if you call them out on that they quickly become very irate and slam the phone down in your ear. Poor communicatio. Refused to send documentation through to another leasing agent unless we first signed a notice to leave form. Then still didn't didn't fax it, so we missed out on the other property but they still held us to the notice of intention to leave form (despite having told us if we didn't get the property we could extend our current lease by 6 months). Other agent had to waste their time chasing them up and found them very rude. Worst agenency we have ever come across.

Do not keep you informed. The do not return phone calls and are very rude at times! Would not go through them ever again!
