Avoid. Unless you prefer to live in poor, unclean and barely liveable conditions. The office staff are ok, but they're slow at actioning your property repairs, which often happens when you're stuck in an old dump.
Take photos at the start as they often try to recoup more money by haggling to return only a portion of your bond due to cleaning, wear and tear and other random excuses. I had to repaint the whole unit at my own expense before they're willing to return my bond. What a joke.
