Very clean and well presented store at all times. All staff are super attentive and helpful. It can be very busy on the weekend so I suggest popping by during the working week.

Love this store, staff are friendly but best not to go in the peak lunch time.

Excellent service and reliable quality. I bought a necklace in the NY store and on getting home realised my fiancee already had it (forgot I'd bought the same one for her birthday - oops). The Sydney store happily exchanged it for a different one despite being purchased overseas. Thanks!

Spectacular store. A prime location in Sydney's CBD. I recently was given a gift from here by my partner, a lovely modern necklace, which unfortunately broke due to a fault on the second day I wore it. I went with it to the store and got an exchange - the staff were so helpful and nice. A very hassle free experience. I walked out of the store wanting more nice jewellery!!!
