Tiger Airways

Whilst not the most beautiful or expansive terminal in the world, I've been pleasantly surprised on multiple occasions that there's less of a wait here for Tiger than in the main terminal for Virgin/Jet*/Qantas. And despite their reputation I can honestly say I've never had a problem checking in here - staff have been pleasant and helpful. I have seen others have problems when they're late or baggage is over the limit so my advice would be not to be those things :-)
The shame of this terminal though is it is so bland, there's no real shops or other things to do, the seats are incredibly uncomfortable & it's a mile's walk to the planes - hence only 3 *'s.

Worst airline ever. Don't even bother. Flights always delayed. Cranky staff as well. Not pleasant.
