I live on the Cragieburn train line and some days I'd catch the earlier train so I could get a couple of Vietnamese grilled chicken rolls ($5) from Tiger Bread. The reason they're called Tiger Bread is due to their unique take on the traditional Vietnamese baguette rolls. The rolls are crunchier and striped! I would've given them 5 stars, however their cold cut rolls aren't as tasty as the ones you can get from Footscray or Richmond. However, they still are hands down the best Vietnamese style bread shop in Flemington.
