Tiger Dry Cleaners

Do not use Tiger Dry Cleaners!! Tiger Dry Cleaners ruined my Carla Zampatti dress. I dropped my dress into Tigers Dry Cleaners to have it cleaned at the end of summer even though it Had been worn only once and was unmarked. When I went to collect it from Tiger a Dry Cleaners it had marks on it which had not been there when I gave it to Tiger Dry Cleaners as I checked it on submission. When I tried to discuss the issue with the management of Tiger Dry Cleaners they were abusive and continually denied responsibility. Clearly the splash marks happened at Tiger Dry Cleaners, I don't know if it was the workers cup of tea or can of coke that splashed on my dress but I do know that the marks weren't there when I gave the dress to Tiger Dry Cleaners.

Steer well clear of Tiger Dry Cleaners, they are dishonest, rude and incompetent.

If you want a good job DON'T use Tiger Dry Cleaners!

I have been going to tigers dry cleaning for a couple years now and can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else. I was running late today and called them they stayed back and opened for me after they closed not many people would stay back at work on a Saturday afternoon. They are 2 suburbs away from me and am happy to travel as their work is spot on. Their prices are great , service is great and the staff are very friendly and go out of their way for you. Highly recommend - they are best dry cleaners I've been to.

I was so disappointed after having a detailed chat with the management of Tiger Dry Cleaners about a small stain in my scarf.

After 3 days I went to collect my Hermes scarf to find they had not touched it at all (still had fold marks from being in the box) & i could smell mu perfume, they then continued to tell me they had dry cleaned it?! I could not believe they charged me $20 for a service not done!

I took the scarf to my regular dry cleaner who is further along Darling St & after one look they said this has not been dry cleaned.

I suggest not taking anything to this dry cleaners.

Great service. Always accurate. Parking right in front of the building. Quality of work on business shirts can be "up and down".
