30 days no phone and no response. I have tried to call the number above, its disconnected. the Sydney number online goes to recorded messages no matter which option you select. The last contact i had with them was the 23rd of March when i verified their strange "fraud protection" system (I had already been charged, how does it protect me?) This phone was listed as Next Day Delivery if purchased before 2.30pm that day, Im yet to recieve a shipping notice. I strongly believe that from other reviews, this is a One Man business who is using a drop shipping service from the supplier (he orders and they post direct to you) I could have ordered on myself from the suppliers and had it here by now and for less. I will add further information as it arrives :)
The worst online shopping Web ever in life , I just ordered an old model nokia phone a month and there is still no any news to me . I called them and still hear the machine talking , email has no response to me . This Web only care about taking and money . And after all , they won't care you ever . A warning not to order from this Web thank you
I bought a "new" Samsung Galaxy S4. The dispatching and shipping took really long, about 4 weeks. When the phone arrived, when I switched it on, there was Sprint logo on the start-up screen! The model is not the international Samsung model, but unlocked Sprint (USA) model: SPH-L720. The charger is for USA socket (they added an adapter to the box), There was also a "Quick start Guide", but guess what? It is for the international model (GT-I9500). I cannot update the firmware of the phone, probably because of the unlocking.
Anyway, learned my lesson. How they can be still in business? (probably because fools like me...) But you have been warned!
Hi may u tell me how to contact with them as u tried to call to the number , and also the machine talking . I email them n there is no response . I ordered the phone almost a month and there is still no news or anything . Thx u so much . Hope to see your response as soon as possible
I purchased and iphone 4 in June 2013. It did not arrive by middle August at that time we were due to go overseas. Tiger agreed to a refund (not sure how I got them to answer the phone). Unfortunately no refund has arrived and I have contacted consumer affairs. ASIC and VISA. the next step is to take them to the Victorian Civil Authority Tribunal. I have called the number over 100 times and no one has answered. The company is situated in Adelaide but all the numbers listed are out of order or out of date. Stay away from this company.
