Poor customer service, tiles expos staff calculated the wrong area of tiles and I was left short, went back and bought more tiles and they gave me the wrong shade, tiler laid them unfortunately and then we realised they were wrong!. Went back to shop and I was blamed by the management for buying more tiles. Gave me the correct shade but the batch had changed leaving me again with the incorrect shade.If they get it wrong it will be your fault and no refunds. Go to a proper tile shop. They appear nice in the beginning until you have a problem and tile quality is poor.
Obviously you had a shonky cheap tiler as they are meant to check shades and batches before they lay them!
