These people are polite but the management is tough as nails when it comes to returns.

There is a 7 day return policy on tiles which is printed only on the receipt, which is not sufficient. Their policy should be displayed near the cash register and the staff should inform you. I asked the staff to calculate the number of tiles I would require and gave them the specifications, and they made a mistake, by giving me almost two boxes of tiles over what I required. The management wouldn't even hear me out, because they kept on about the policy, just non-sense and not nice. They made the mistake, all I was asking was for one box to be returned two weeks after purchase. So beware and look around, because if you want genuine service this isn't it.. If you do buy from this retailer get a guarantee that if you have too many tiles they will take them back, and get it in writing. cheers
