Tile Wizards

Just had the staff accuse me of lying when I came in and asked for 1 $20 box of tiles that I was short supplied. Wanted me to wait around while they contacted the staff who sold them to me on his day off. Cos I have all the time in the world to waste.

Then, they told me it was my fault for nt checking what I was supplied before I left the store.

It's a $20 box! What happened to customer service?

I'll never ever go back to this store.

The staff berated me to the point I felt humiliated and angry.
