I'm also not a negative reviewer, but our experience was ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!! My husband and I have never experienced anything like it. They scowled at children attending at a table beside us - the children were very well behaved by any person's standards. They even tried to engage us in a gossip session about how awful those children were and that they hated having children's patronage! It was very awkward indeed as we have children of our own, they just happened not to be with us on that occasion! Unfortunately, the Friday night pizza wasn't anything to write home about either. Great local bakery and awesome woodfire pizzas on a Friday and Saturday night. Have been coming here for eight years and love the friendliness of the owners and the great quality of their food. Take a bottle of wine and have a pizza!

I hate giving bad reviews but the customer service here is so bad. This place would be great if they trained their staff and maybe introduced some interesting loaves.

The freshest bread loafs at a top price. Will be going back there for sure, plan to make it my regular bakery - much better than the big chains.

Very friendly staff-that's the best thing about this place.

Convenient location, though the coffee needs to be fresher and a trained barista needs to be employed, but the croissants and rolls on offer are fresh and delicious.
