Had such a great experience with Luka from Tim Altass Real Estate. The current rental marketing is so crazy and it is tough to feel like your needs are being heard. Luka stayed on the phone with my husband and listened to what we need and what we are looking for. He was polite, did not rush us or dismiss our need to find a property. Very happy even if we don't get the property we are looking to rent.

Shadelle Ford at Tim Altass is the best property manager we have ever had. She is an excellent communicator and not just with the owners as so often happens when renting. As a tenant it is quite nice to be kept in the loop with what's going on in your home e.g. maintenance. Emails are always replied to promptly and if Shadelle can't reply for whatever reason someone else at Tim Altass will. Shadelle is always polite, cheerful and we hope she can be our property manager for the rest of our rental future.
