Ever striving for truly inter nation standards of service, the practice encompasses traditional physiotherapy, executive health and wellness coaching, massage therapy from health fund registered practitioners and a beautiful and versatile exercise studio. There is a daily programme of classes including yoga, ti chi, pilates and personal exercise coaching.

I have been surprised and delighted with the level of service provided by Tim Ellis. A painful condition was diagnosed and treated with care and competence.
