My wife and I have used Tim Morris Real Estate to manage our investments for a few years now, and must say how absolutely delighted we are with his high level of service. Given the incredible number of investment housing horror stories from our friends and colleagues, we reluctantly, initially decided to mange our investments on our own. Despite the cost in time and energy involved in this process, it was preferable to the mismanagement stories we were warned of. It seamed that the tenants were not the problem, it was the lack of caring or be-botheredness of property managers. Enter Tim Morris; seamlessly transitioning tenant exit/entry with a simple phone call, informing us that a tenant had vacated but was soon to be replaced with another. I used Tim Morris Real Estate for 3 years. I thought they were doing an ok job....they missed bills a few times, costing me time and money. But the worst....after three years i took residency of my property and what they claimed was "ready for occupancy" was absolutely disgusting. The tenant hadnt cleaned and if they even did the exit inspection, which i doubt, they didnt look at anything. It cost me two weeks of my own time to clean and prepare the property and they didnt care. If you are renting a property and actually care about it, and your tenants.....dont use these guys. Absolutely shamefull. I wish i could give less than half a star rating.

We have used Tim Morris for two years now. We can not speak highly enough of the service he provides. If Tim says he will do it, be assured he will go the extra mile. He definitely is there for the land lord. Any time that there is any query he will get back to you and keeps you informed all the way. All inspections are carried out with photos to follow. We have had previous property managers that say they have checked property to find out later they hadn't. His advice is spot on.
