TIMANDRA - Gardens designed to lastTimandra Design & Landscaping [TD&L] are multi-award winning landscape designers and landscapers. Their most recent award is as the winner, for the 2014 Landscaping Victoria Sustainable Landscapes category, presented in October. Their professional, quality gardens are designed for the wow factor and to last. No replacement is necessary after 5 years as is too often the case with substandard designs.
TD&L is composed of Alison the Principal Designer and David, the landscaper. Together they work well as a team providing clients with exceptional gardens and an excellent follow-up strategy. A comprehensive maintenance service is provided for clients who desire this, while Alison also continues to visit all clients post completion of the project for some time to ensure that the garden continues to thrive. This has been initiated by TD&L.
Timandra was first registered in 1995. Timandra has won many awards which can be viewed on their website www.timandra.com.au. Alison is also the former owner and designer of Australia's first and only Ecotourism certified garden which also won numerous awards.
Alison is a professional horticulturist with an accredited Dip Hort and an arborist.
TD&L are members of Landscaping Victoria and the Australian Institute of Landscape Designers and Managers.
Maintenance of gardens by TD&L is kept to a minimum because of excellent plant knowledge while water usage is also minimised. These factors are consistent with sustainable gardens which TD&L practices with all of their gardens. From quirky native to classic formal, all of the design styles are accommodated with sustainable guidelines.
