Time for Hair - Southport

Been going to Michael for a few months and service has gradually deteriorated. Rushed service and unprofessional. Now after reading his google reviews I realise he has blocked me as he won't answer my calls or text.

I recently had a Keratin treatment. The process was quick and efficient, and so far I really like the Keratin. Michael also offered to fix up bad foils for nothing. I am going back to try them for colour.

I recently had a Keratin treatment done. The process was fine & straightforward, the biggest issue was the assistant over used the straightening irons and much of my hair had burned & broken off. I asked her to ease off on the irons as I'm very familiar with how they should be used. It's too early to know if the Keratin treatment has worked effectively by itself without the overuse of straightening irons. The staff were friendly enough but doubt I'll go back

Completely hacked at my hair when i asked for a trim. I actually had to get it fixed some where else. Also gave me bad advice on colour ended with a colour that really didnt suit me.

No one spoke or said hello when i came in fo at least 20 mins. Friendlyafter that tho.

BEWARE!! I got my hair done recently by them and was really unhappy! They were rude, didn't listen to me or what I wanted & cut my hair far shorter than I wanted. The cut & foils I got took close to three and a half hours & when I expressed my distress at running late for work because they took so long they LAUGHED at me!! I left upset & furious- will never be back!!
