I work in the mines in north QLD, I used this company and I was very impressed with how quick they could make things happen! At 9am I inspected in 4 different upmarket apartment buildings (Circle on Cavil, Soul, The Hilton and Avalon) with TimeOut Property Group. After the inspection I completed an application, They contacted me about 4 hours later to tell me I was approved and that I could collect the keys. Its such a welcome change to see a real estate agent that can make things happen so quickly, Instead of spending the next 5 days looking for a rental property, I can spend the next 5 days relaxing with my wife before I head back up north..
