Tina Hair And Nail Design

I have been going there for a couple of months now for lash refills. I was told the last time I went to leave it a couple more weeks next time which I did. After I got my lashes done they told me it cost $85. I booked for refills however they never told me they are doing a full set. It was terrible service. I was so disappointed as I really thought they were genuine people.

The most horrible salon I have ever ever been too!!!!!!!!!!! I went in for SNS, firstly I was given a new gentleman to do it, no problem there however he was incredibly rough and had seriously dry hands. He then completely ruined the application so it had to be done a second time by Tina, who was obviously very unwell and sneezed on me 3 times, coughed into her hands then rubbed them all over mine. I then had a different girl do my other hand a total of 3 people running around me. To make matters worse Tina then sliced open my finger and it would not stop bleeding, she panicked when I began to voice my disappointment and frustration then when I said I did not want to pay full price for this disgusting 1 hour treatment she demanded I pay before she finished my nails to which I handed her $25 instead of the usual $37 (she offered to knock off $2 what a joke) and I walked out. Angry at myself for even paying $25 for a terrible experience and UNFINISHED nails!!

Worst shellac experience! Tina I think she's the owner cut 3 of my cuticles with that electric file thing and she didn't seem to care. They stared bleeding and she was painting over the blood! Didn't even wipe it! It was so pain painful. Then another lady swapped with her to wipe the shellac with alcohol wipes, At the end I asked for a band aid and they gave me 2. Then Tina came back over saying there's no cut or whatever I couldn't understand her then she out this blue drops on my fingers it was really stinging. I just paid then left

Worst experience ever!!! Had an appointment booked in at 5 for full set of lashes and Shellac! Shellac was good!! But the lashes took over 1.5hrs, they cut me! I had two differnt staff do the lashes so both sides looked differnt. My eyes are in so much pain! Not happy!!! Do not go there for lashes unless you want your natural lashes ruined!!! I will be paying more from a real salon, so there give me a better service. Plus their brochure said a certain price but they charged me more!! Bad service.

I have been getting fake lashes there for years now....very affordable and they are fantastic! They look natural and I always get compliments on them. They are always gentle and never rough. Good quality lashes and glue. They last 3-4 weeks given you look after them.
