We (mum and I) went into Tinkers as Mum loved buying jewellery. We both ended up with a lovely blue moonstone ring. Mum loved having a chat to the staff who were so pleasant and helpful to us. Mum so wanted to go back to what she said was the best jewellery shop ever! Unfortunately Mum passed away before getting back there. Thanks to staff for being so sweet to my 93 year old Mum.
OUTSTANDING! I went everywhere looking for a 2 carat diamond engagement ring and 3 different jewellers at Knox told me this is where they get their personal stuff made and repaired. I got two quotes from jewellers at Chadstone but this little shop at Mountain Gate was almost $10,000 cheaper and even better quality. I even got to watch the jeweller make part of it. Definately be back for my wedding ring.
Charged $35.00 to repair a ring that would have cost no more than $20.00 anywhere else. I checked with four other stores that repair jewellery also and they all said the same thing.

Hi Stah, I would recomned you discuss this with them... they have an amzing reputation in the region stretching back decades. I have nothing to do with the business other than being a loyal return customer.
What a wonderful team at Tinkers - not only do they sell things at below store cost, they are excellent quality. As for their engraving - what more can I say but perfection. Whether you want a key cut, pants hemmed, engraving or a beautiful peice of jewellery you can't go past Tinkers for sales and service! Well done Team Tinkers
