Tint Professor

Sent my 300ZX to be tinted and interior came back stained. The tint has not lasted more than a year, and now they will not replace it because I cant find my initial receipt. Shocking from start to finish... I have spoken to others who are not happy with the tint professor also. I will be fighting to get my tint redone. If you go with the Tint Professor be prepared to be disappointed.

Terrible customer service, lack of commitment to customer, no brand promise at all. Had my car tinted with their 20% film and paid $350 for a strip and re-tint not to mention they claimed it would be too risky to remove the existing tint off the rear windscreen and rear windows and so tinted over the existing tint except for the front 2 windows which they tinted from scratch. Several dirt particles and bubbles noticed under 2 of the windows of which they claimed were "existing" on the previous tint. And when i went back to try to get it fixed they gave me the excuse that any matters prior to the current financial year was in "my own hands" because of new management. So I not only have a terrible tint job but cannot do anything about it. They also are not true to their 30 day satisfaction guarantee and hung up on me twice when I phoned them about this. For all people interested in getting a good tint to their car do not choose the tint professor.

Contamination under edges, lifted edges and bubbles. Tried to deny a problem and blamed it on the car being "old", it is a 2004 model. They fixed 2 of the windows but 2 are still no good.
