Gorgeous Classes and Teachers, cannot recomend highly enough :) MY friends child attended ten years ago and It has been amazing to see how the company has evolved - very professional and love my kids attending their head office! Im glad i didnt read the reviews as word of mouth has been great considering so many thousands of kids attend this program . Thank you Tiny Tutus!
Absolutely agree with all the below. 2019 and nothing has changed here. Disorganised and very disrespectful. Don’t waste your money or time here. I wish I had read these reviews before signing my child up. Take your child to an actual ballet academy no matter what age group. At least you’ll know the person teaching has a real passion for dancing and will spread that on to your child. These franchisee businesses all about making business. They stuff you around so much and just like one of the previous posts.. it takes toddlers some time to warm up to new teachers. Almost seems their own teachers quit because of their bad dealings
Unfortunatley, there is no central place to review this company as a whole that will ensure people are warned, so, while we attended classes in Epping, Vic, this review is aimed at the company and not any one location.
If I could give a negative score, I would.
I can't begin to express how unprofessional, disorganised and disrespectful this organisation ...read more
Update 30/11/2018:
I reported the mess to NSW Fair Trading because they still hadn't processed my refund after a month nor had they acknowledged the return of the tutu, as they had said they would. They also refuse to replace the tutu exactly and want to give me another tutu that they won't provide an photo of to determine if I am happy for the exchange.
I finally received my refund, after submitting my complaint, although the replacement tutu issue still isn't resolved>
In the letter from Fair Trading, they advise that the company have threatened legal action against me if I don't remove my Google review. Nothing I have written is untruthful and I will not be bullied into removing something that I wish had been easily available to me before I subjected my granddaughter and myself to this company.
I have seen this review over so many platforms. I dont think its ligitimate its a shame.
If I could give tiny tutus a zero I would.
Let me start off by saying that the proof is in the pudding, all you need to do is look at all these reviews they are 100% similar and there's a good reason for that.
What these guys want to do is take your money at every turn, they don't want to notify you and they want to charge you huge cancellation fees if you try to leave.
When you try to leave they say that you didn't put it in writing and when you put it in writing they will refuse to write back and acknowledge you leaving for the next term so they keep you in this loop where they keep direct debiting money out of your account without your consent. ...read more
