Tio's Cerveceria

Came here whilst waiting for our reservation time at a restaurant close by. As I was driving I couldn't get their great selection of cocktails, so i had a glass of wine. I loved the friendly staff, and the complimentary big generous bag of popcorn we were given! I have always heard great things about Tio's and it was definitely verified. Definitely coming back for some cocktails !

Tios is amazing. Delicious tequila, amazing chasers that go afterwards. Best margaritas and to top it off yummy free popcorn. Great vibe and friendly fun staff.

Fun place. Really nice vibe and especially appreciate the free popcorn. The drinks are priced pretty comparable for the Surry Hills location - which translates to pretty pricey. But strong imported beer range. Staff are incredibly friendly and fun.

Most impressed with the service. Bar staff are friendly and interesting to have a chat with while drinks are being prepared. Of course, that only happens when it's a bit quieter and the throng of thirsty swilling hasn't started yet.



Drinks are simple, yet very compelling. The tequila has quite a bit of quick, and I loved that magical timewarp feeling of sinking a few in the dimly lit bar and stepping out into the early evening setting sun realising you are waaaay tipsier than you noticed inside. It felt fun and naughty.



Popcorn for patrons was welcomed, and had the added benefit of keeping me thirsty. I was particularly fond of the Tequila Sunrise.
