Accommodating up to four, Tipara Beachfront Apartment and Pool is stunning, very contemporary, stylish and fully self contained.Tipara enjoys absolute beachfront. Walk amongst the native vegetation to the safe, sandy, swimming beach of Moonta Bay, only 50 metres from Tipara.Cafes, restaurants and both the Moonta Bay and Port Hughes jetties are within easy walking distance, or use the two bikes at Tipara to explore this wonderful area. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the courtyard swimming pool (nine by three metres).The dining area, with polished concrete floor, enjoys sea, pool and courtyard views. Bathroom facilities are located between the two large bedrooms (one queen, two king singles), the compact laundry, separate toilet and additional basin area are hidden away. All linen, towels and beach towels supplied. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioner. The fully equipped living/kitchen area has a timber floor and large windows capture breathtaking views.

House was beautiful. Website described sea views - there were no sea views. We specifically came to chill out on the deck and look out at a sea view but all we got was a view of vegetation that had overgrown to the roof to completely block the view altogether. What a waste for such an amazing location. No privacy from neighbours either. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, too soft, even though my husband and I are small framed. The furniture in the living room was worn out and needed replacing as you just sunk into a piece of wicker in your backside. We went away to relax in what was a very uncomfortable house. We came home with bad backs and physically exhausted. The BBQ was filthy, as were the pots and pans in the kitchen and unusable. There was not enough toilet paper provided for our 5 night stay and we had to go buy more. The rest of the house was clean and tastefully decorated.
