I had a minor repair to a pair of flat shoes recently, just the heels, im happy with the job they did. Also bought some flash shoe protection and renovation cream, it is amazing and I used it on a bag too. Happy and so convenient, right there as you tap off and walk through the greenwood Plaza, on your right as you leave the station.
I asked for keys to be cut, was asked to come back and when I picked up the keys the the owner had cut the wrong keys from my keyring. I still had to pay for the keys he had made an error on!! I couldn't believe he thought it was appropriate to charge me for his own error. I will never go back.
I would never go here or recommend anyone to go here! The service is unbelievably rude! I had a pair of flats cleaned/repaired here and it cost $25. The repair consisted of gluing the front of the sole back and within a week, my flats started falling apart again! I thought I'd give this place another go since it was on my way to work and I needed a pair of heels cleaned for a wedding. I showed them my heels and replied in a rude with comments such as 'why don't you clean them yourself? they're gone! go buy a new pair!' If I wanted to clean them myself, I wouldn't have asked to have them cleaned!
