I would not recommend TLC Dry Cleaners Woolahra to anyone who is seeking alterations. I had a very upsetting experience that resulted in the rude shopkeeper refusing to take my complaint or even attempt to rectify the situation.
After two fittings with the alterations lady who spoke little English, I tried on the dress at home to find they had simply cut the dress with scissors. No sewing. I could have done this myself at home with the kitchen scissors. There must have been a miscommunication? Surely I was not given back a silk gown with raw cuttings and a high risk of ripping and fraying. ...read more
