They came to calibrate our VDO ocean link display unit and failed to calibrate but managed stuff up the ECU instead causing thousands of dollars of damages. The guy who came out to calibrate had no knowledge of the boat engine and he could be overheard making various phone calls asking for help and advice. He spend over 5 hrs tinkering about and couldn’t calibrate the display instead stuffed the engine up. He left the boat wiring in a right mess cut wires to sensors and even taped together with installation tape. It’s a complete mess. Contacted the MD who is denying responsibly so now pursuing legal action to recover the cost to repair. So beware. ??
