Todd's Hi-Fi

If you're after excellent equipment and a faultless service, with a smile, I fully recommend these guys..........I bought an high end Yamaha receiver, which worked perfectly, but wasn't to my exact needs, Nathan Todd and the team didn't hesitate to rectify the issue by exchanging the receiver for one that did.
I can't thank them enough for their help, I will definitely shop there again soon, especially now that their Virginia store is in final stages of refurbishment. Much respect.

They know home theatre and Hi Fi !
If you want a cheap system then go to a place that sells cheap equipment
I have purchased from Todds quite a few times and always appreciate their great professional advice. Evert product mostly Yamaha has never disappointed !

I recently thought i had a problem with an amplifier, purchased from Todds almost 3 years ago, with a 2 plus 1 warranty. I hadn't filled the warranty card out to be eligible for the extra warranty, but without question, Allan Todd said he would honour the warranty even if the wholesaler didn't. So i went home to make sure the problem was the amp.

As it turned out, after seeing my dear little 4 year old autistic boy sticking a pencil repeatedly into a speaker diaphragm, and swapping speakers, i realised i had misdiagnosed the problem.

I think it is important we support family businesses like Todds, if we value being able to get person to person advise and simple product support. I'm not sure about you, but i always feel good inside about buying in my local community, from people that support the community.

You wouldn't get that service online, at least without a postage bill.

Great customer service complimented with an enormous knowledge base. Visited the store seeking a new surround sound system and walked away surprisingly happy with the entire experience, and with a customised system with a huge sound.

i can't speak highly enough of the customer service i received from Nathan Todd at Todd's Hi-Fi. Purchased a TV and AV stand from them and had all sorts of problems with delivery (not due to Todds), but Nathan provided all the after-sales customer care and support you'd expect from a profesional company that is serious about excellent service.....much better than your typical box-droppers and worth going to stores like these for professional care and attention .....Peter
