Certainly for the price of a shared room this is likely the best priced accommodation in Alice. Given that wifi, breakfast are free this is doubly true. The rooms are what you'd expect - or even a bit bettter - for a backpackers.
Not sure I'd stay there with that 'someone special', but for a quick trip or somewhere to sleep then it's fine. Worth checking other hotels though if you're looking for a non-shared room as IMHO Toddy's is only averagely priced for these.
