Toll Autologistics

I have just received my AC Cobra which was transported by Toll from Townsville to Melbourne and delivered to my workplace door also by Toll.

I'd read the very ordinary reviews of other transport companies but decided to go with Toll as the reviews seemed better.

Terrible, DO NOT USE!



Customer service and general logistics is extremely bad, they do not care about your time or vehicle. When asked to pickup a vehicle in week 1, they arrive a week late without an appointment.



When customer service is asked a simple question, "Where is my car?"

Response: "Why do you want to know?"

Its a simple question, do not ask "why", its our vehicle and we have paid for the service.Terrible attitude, made out to be a massive task just to provide a simple response.



Will not tell you when the vehicle will arrive but it happy to charge after vehicle has sat in their Depot for 3 days without customer being alerted.... F for Fail

Horrible service. Unfriendly customer service. Worse, they even missed a delivery window 4 hours long, without notifying me the delay until I called.
