Two out of three genuine leather and wood office chairs arrived damaged and late (one went missing in transit) but, when I contacted Toll IPEC's customer service team, they told me to send photos and ask the sender to make a claim back in mid-December. Two months later the sender failed to make a claim and Toll avoided its duty of care by saying it is not liable for damage suffered in transit and the case was closed. I spent hundreds of dollars on freight and thought Toll would stand by its promise to deliver outstanding logistics solutions but, at the end of the day, the company failed miserably.
