Had booked and paid for a pickup from South Australia for a clearing sale,the auctioneer calls me 4 days later advising the the items still haven't been picked up and that the window for collection is all but closed,no communication from toll whatsoever,unfortunately It looks like I will have to use the services of "Fair Trade" .no words to describe how disappointed I feel with the toll group
Have been waiting for my parcel toarrive from Sydney to Melbourne for over two weeks.Keep talking to someone in a call-centre in Asia who keeps feeding me the same lie: my parcel in under investigation. What does that mean? They refuse to provide a contact name for a person in the Melbourne depot. I suspect they have lost my parcel and are stalling for time hoping I will go away. That won't happen. Reading the other reviews, it's clear that IPEC Toll is a unreliable and untrustworthy delivery company and I urge allto learn from my misfortune and avaid using this company either direct or via a third party.
In my first experience, I was told that I lied about the contents and will be charged customs, only to be told later that they made a mistake.
So I gave them another chance and used them again to my great disappointment. My parcel was supposed to be delivered within 3 days. Two weeks later I'm told it is stuck in Singapore because of no space on the courier plane; it is an A4 envelope.
I phoned several numbers only to be given three different answers. The first operator told me it is in South Africa; the second said it is still in Australia and the last one said it is in Singapore.
I Will also never use them again and unfortunately cannot recommend them.
